AiB’s young Entrepreneurs continue to shine and this group aims to gather together our young members who are disruptive within their industry. We will follow them throughout their career and highlight their achievements.

They are alternatively known as the Gereration Y/Millenials group born between 1980’s and 2000’s.

Deemed to be the most ethnically and racially diverse compared to the generations older than they are, they are also on pace to be the most educated. As of 2008, 39.6% of Millennials between the ages of 18–24 were enrolled in college. Along with being educated, Millennials are also very upbeat and about 9 out of 10 Millennials feel as though they have enough money or that they will reach their long-term financial goals, even during the tough economic times. Additionally, Millennials are also more open to change than older generations.

We will track them through the year and then find another group to track in Oct 2017, 2018 and so on
