With so many chefs and foodies within our organisation, it was only a matter of time before we started our Culinary group. A place for Chefs, Food Authors, cookery teachers and the likes to come together and stimulate their culinary skills.
With Nadia Hussain lighting up 2015 in the Great British Bake Off, we wanted to start a Global group fusing British Indian, Indonesian, Chinese & Vietnamese cooking but to name a few, not forgetting Pakistani,
As we prepare for our first event, a cook-off between our Jakarta Chef, Wina and Sunita, the creator of the British Indian Kitchen, our tasting chefs prepare their pallets for Salmon Curry & Chilli Chocolate.
We look forward to our Vietnamese chef cooking a Hanoi speciality, Cha Ca which sees white fish sautéed in butter with dill and spring onions served with rice noodles not to mention our Chinese chef cooking southern cuisines such as diced chicken with chilli.
Our goal for this group is to combine all these beautiful tastes, promote our members books, cooking schools and provide a platform to promote their businesses.
